Please read the terms and conditions below. You will need to accept these prior to proceeding with and finalising your booking.

Planning Services

The planning fee for all of our services is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled as it covers the cost of the time, expertise, and personalized recommendations provided.

Changes to Bookings & Reservations

If you need to modify a confirmed booking, additional fees may apply. In certain situations, changes or cancellations might not be allowed or could be financially disadvantageous. Any resulting costs will be your responsibility.

We recommend checking all associated fees before requesting any changes to your travel plans.

Fees & Charges

If you cancel a confirmed full-service booking, third-party providers may charge a cancellation fee. In addition to these charges, Serenity Travels will retain any commission earned and/or service fees previously applied to the travel arrangements.

Travel Insurance Waiver

Travel insurance is not included in our services, and we strongly recommend that you arrange your own policy at the time of booking.

By completing this form, you acknowledge that you have been informed of the importance of obtaining travel insurance.

Passports & Visas

It is your responsibility to ensure that you hold a valid passport and, if required, the appropriate visa(s) that comply with the entry requirements of immigration and other government authorities in Australia and any destination countries.

Any fines, penalties, or additional costs resulting from non-compliance with passport or visa requirements will be solely your responsibility.

Serenity Travels advises all clients to confirm visa requirements before finalising any booking. Obtaining the necessary visas, including transit and re-entry permits, is the client’s responsibility.

We also recommend that Australian passport holders review up-to-date travel advice for their destination by visiting www.smartraveller.gov.au.

Frequently Asked Questions - FAQs

​What is included in the full service?

An itinerary, accommodation arrangements, airport transfers, activity bookings. Flights are NOT included.

Can I pay for my trip in instalments?

Curated itineraries must be paid in full prior to delivery.


Group trips can be paid in instalments. A deposit of $500 will secure your booking, after which you can make further payments in self-guided instalments. Full payment is required no later than 8 weeks prior to departure.

What are your options for trip planning / itineraries?

1. A standard itinerary - featuring hotels and some general "what to do" recommendations.

2. A premium itinerary - more detailed hotel, restaurant, and activity / excursion recommendations, alongside useful phrases and emergency contact information.

What are the fees for full travel planning services?

The fee is inclusive of planning and booking fees plus 10%. The initial planning fee / deposit is $200, which will be deducted from the total booking balance once finalized.

How much does our itinerary-only services cost?

Itinerary pricing varies, ranging from $80 to $145 for up to 5 day trips depending on location and special requests. For longer trips please submit a quote or request form.

Other exclusions.

Flights to and from destinations, visas and visa fees, travel / cancellation insurance, meals* and personal expenses.
